The Fat Burning Furnace System by Rob Poulos is a 159 page guidebook on how to lose weight fast and gain lean muscle in order to look great. In this guide there are talks about how you can raise your RMR so that your body burns hundreds of calories each day. The author is not devoted to extreme long workouts and his workouts involve just weights. His workout sessions can be completed in 15 minutes a day, 3 times a week. The main focus of the system is to perform a full body workout of specific exercises, but performing them very slowly to maximize the impact of tiring out the muscles. This means you only have to do one set of exercises. The exercises described are in detail and there are photos given to show you what to do. When you upgrade to the Blowtorch system you get over 2 hours of videos of Rob Poulos performing the Blowtorch routines himself. This guide has a ‘break in’ routine for those who haven’t exercised in years. There is a beginner, intermediate and advanced workout plan for those who can work through it. The Blowtorch system is a super advanced workout which allows you to target specific areas of your body, this might be too much for some people and the main guide will give you more than enough to work on. The system covers nutrition for about 30 pages. It discusses what you should be eating to lose weight fast. He doesn’t recommend fad diets, and he gives a simple way to watch what you eat to give your body what it needs. He takes you through lots of common misperceptions on nutrition and gives his take on them. You get a sample meal plan for days and you get access to a site filled with lots of free recipes you can use. You also get planners that you can print out to help track your progress, and some tools like a body fat percentage analyzer which is basic but serves its purpose.
