The Secrete of Losing Weight

The secrete to losing weight is that there is no secrete to losing weight. Losing weight is a bitch. I tried losing weight for years and had no success until recently. I am 5’7 and was weighting 215lbs. It wasn’t until theses last 4 months since I built this website that I began to lose weight. Obviously not do to the website but the information I was being exposed to. I now weight 185 lbs and I have 15 more pounds to go. I looked over some of the products that I am promoting and I can tell you they do work but only if you have the mind and determination to lose weight.

I will share with you how I lost all that weight.  First I began by drinking lots of water.  About 6 to 7 16.9 fl oz of Arrowhead water a day. You can drink whatever brand you like as long as its water. I completely cut out sodas. I only drink them once every blue moon and after 4 months I really don’t drink them at all. The are filled with sugar and calories. Even diet sodas have some sort of effect on your system that retailers don’t want you to know. I learned that from Truth About Abs.

I thought I need to start from scratch. So I cut out all fast food products and if I do eat fast food its only sandwiches from Subways. I used to eat red meat 7 days a week. I cut back to 2 days and week and one meal a day instead of two. I had heard from the Diet Solution and Veggie Meals Plan that you needed the right foods to start up you metabolism. And by starting your metabolism I mean going to the bathroom two to three times a day to release all of that food you have stored inside. I heard that red meat take three days to leave your system and more then 4 hours to digest. Obviously the meat leaves once digested but the fats are stored in your body.

So to jump start my metabolism I had to eat the right foods and here is where the Diet Solutions came into play. To jump start your metabolism and this might sound off but I began to eat more a day but just smaller portions. Instead of eggs and bacon that I was used to I just ate oatmeal or raisin brand cereal. Know remember I’m starting from scratch. About 30 minutes later I was hungry again so I would eat grapes a banana and a peach. Fruits instead of  Twinkies, Ho Ho’s or potato chips. At lunch I would have an sandwich with my water and I know it doesn’t sound great but I got used to it. An hour later I was hungry again so I would eat almonds, peanuts or sunflower seeds just to keep my stomach busy until dinner. Once dinner came along I would make chicken breast in the oven and a hand size portion of rice and mixed vegetables with a salad of my choice. If I was still hungry after dinner I would eat a yogurt or a fruit cup.

After two weeks of doing this I changed the chicken for Talapia fish because it does not have the fishy flavor or smell. I began to substitute one meal a week where I ate vegetarian. Now this was hard, but it had to be done. It was only one meal so it was no big deal. Then I kept the same routine eating little meals through out the day but just healthy options and I began to lose weight. In one month I lost 7 pounds and after that the weight kept coming off. On average a good weight loss is between 1.5 to 2 lbs a week. Very Important not forget to exercise just go walking for about 30 minutes a day but you have to make sure to do this to keep your body active. Forget starvation diets they work for a few days and after that you gain it all back and then some.

Everyone’s body is different and I know that, but the act of eating is the same. You eat, you digest, you store, you release. Just figure out what make your body work. It’s fun learning by trial and error with different types of foods you can eat and remember don’t give up “Rome was not built in one day.”
